Over 400 industry players, stakeholders and supporters of the tuna industry; i.e. CEOs/managers of fishing firms and canneries, technology and equipment suppliers, processors, exporters, as well as, representatives from national and local government agencies, donor organizations and academic institutions all over the Philippines and abroad attended the 10th National Tuna Congress held last September 3 – 4, 2008 at KCC Convention and Events Center in General Santos City. |
